Very capable people who explain computer jargon in terms that even I can understand. I liked their approach and in particular how they presented me with options are let me know what the trade offs for each option were likely to be. As a business owner that was important to me, as in the past I have upgraded an older computer, only to have something else go wrong with it within a year after the upgrade and in hindsight I would have been better offer getting a new computer.
