These guys resurrected my hard drive back from the dead when other companies could not. Simply put, you get what you pay for. Retrieving data from a corrupted hard drive requires specialized equipment and is labor intensive. Naturally the cost is high. If your data is important enough to you, then look no further, this is your one stop shop. My hard drive fried and resulted in damaged platters, yet they managed to retrieve 100% of my data. Thanks again!

An incredibly honest business.Following a power failure, I had issues with my Synology NAS and couldn't access the data on the drives. I called Data Detect Perth and spoke to a gentleman called Ernie. Ernie said that he could help, but he suggested that first I go back to Synology and raise a help ticket (this had never occurred to me as the unit was well out of warranty). With some effort Synology were able to recover my data through remote access to the NAS.It's a very rare company that will recommend a customer to go somewhere else first and deprive themselves of an opportunity to profit. Thank you Ernie!

Our server crashed with all our company data including our data base and accounting software. Local computer store referred us to Data Detect as they could not recover. Data detect retrieved all our data and kept as updated all the time. Very professional and are highly Recommended

I was lucky enough to have my precious HDD full recovered by him and all my important work and photos were saved. Not Only was all my files recovered (1 TB worth). They took me every step of the way and kept me informed on as much detail as possible that was relevant for me. Great communication and very reasonable quote and price for everything. The turn around was fairly quick considering how much files were being recovered (thousands). Highly recommend them!

Excellent service. Hard drive was not boot-able. I hooked up with USB drive and was not able to read disk. They were able to restore all files. This drive was for a customer of mine that lost her Husband. She was worried about pictures. They had over 10 years-worth of Kids and Grand-kids. Not only was the service excellent, so was there service. Thanks for your help . I have shared your information with lots of friends and family. Highly recommend!!!
