Excellent service. The staff was friendly and patiently answered our questions. We handed in our Macbook Air on Saturday and it was ready for pick up on Monday afternoon. Highly recommend!

My macbook pro laptop stopped charging on Friday and I took it in at 4.30 that afternoon. The employee was super helpful and explained the process of what would happen re assessment for damage/warranty/consumer law etc. By Monday afternoon I had a text message to say say it was ready to collect! Very impressed with how efficient this repair process was. Would trust with my devices again - works perfectly now. Great service !Just remember to back up everything possibility to lose files etc. I didnt think about it before taking it in. :)

Took the wifes old iphone in for repairs, it soon became obvious it would be a waste of money. Brad walked us through the various options without the expense of buying the latest model. Thats when his service and knowledge really kicked in. Although backing up data should be straight forward, it was prolonged with all the data on the old phone (well past the stores closing time). By the time we left we has a new fully functioning phone with all data restored. Thanks Brad we will have no hesitation recommending you to friends and family

Brad and his team at Adtech were so helpful and fixed the problem in no time . He was honest and knew exactly what the problem was without adding any unnecessary costs . I’d recommend them to anyone looking for an honest , reliable IT guys .

I had a fault with my AirPods. Even though they were out of std warranty, Brad checked them out and told me there was an extended warranty for this fault and managed to get me a replacement set the next day. Rapt I have my music back. Super service

Very efficient in repairing my sons macbook, using genuine apple parts. Quick to diagnose the issue and provide a quote, servicing time was fairly fast and their text messaging system is great as you're kept updated the whole time with the progress of your job

Want someone you can trust to get all your PC requirements sorted STOP looking, I went to these guys because I needed a gaming computer for my son and not only did they go through all the options with me they guided me through all the technical stuff that iam not familiar with and made it clear what I was paying for, they then built the machine from the ground up.I also liked that they road tested the machine before handing it over.Well done guys top customer service , top quality product and even the wife is happy and as they say happy wife happy life.Chris MatthewsKarnup
